Where Do You Start?
My Story
Hello, I am Tricia Graham. For over 20 years, I worked in education alongside teachers, parents, students, and families, helping others build confidence, resilience, balance, and intrinsic motivation. At the same time, I was also living the very real demands of being a mother, wife, caregiver, employee, problem solver, scheduler, chauffeur, emotional support person, and professional “I’ve got it handled” human.
Like many women, I became incredibly skilled at overfunctioning. I managed work, kids, animals, responsibilities, relationships, family stress, neurodivergent needs, and mental health challenges within my family — often without nearby support — all while convincing myself that if I just drank more water and supplements, bought one more self-help book, and pushed a little harder, balance would magically appear.
Spoiler alert: it did not.
Eventually, my body and nervous system made it very clear that constantly living in stress and survival mode was not sustainable. That experience changed me. It taught me that wellness is not just about exercise, nutrition, or checking things off a to-do list. It is about balance. It is about nervous system health, boundaries, emotional wellness, rest, connection, purpose, and learning how to support yourself with the same compassion you give everyone else.
Rooted and Well was created from that journey.
My mission is to help people slow down, reconnect with themselves, understand the why, and become more rooted in what truly matters so they can live with greater balance, peace, health, and purpose. Whether you are navigating stress, burnout, ADHD, parenting, menopause, life transitions, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, my goal is to help you create sustainable wellness and feel empowered to become the healthiest, most rooted version of yourself.
